I increase 5 pounds everyweek and reduce my sets like 115 x 10 –1 week, 120×8–2nd week, 130×6–3rd..THEN 120×10–4th and so on..
I want to add pull-up to my workouts. Should I do them EVERYDAY?
After workout i drink a 30g protein drink.

ok dude..ur over training… u have to give ur muslces atleast 3 days of rest…when u do chest the same day as bicept…dont do that.. always keep chest, tricept, shoulders and abs on the one day..and bicep, back and legs on the other day…try this routine..this is what i do..and i have a 15 and a half inch bicep.
week 1
monday: chest tricep, shoulders and abs
tuesday: cardio
wed: bicep,back and legs
thursday: cardio
friday: same as monday
week2
monday: bicep,back and legs
tuesday: cardio
wed: chest,abs,shoulders, tricep
thurs:cardio
fri: same as monday
keep alternating…and one more thing..if u dont wanna follow this routine.. u must google overtraining and fully understand.
ur muscles dont grow while they are being worked out they grow while they are resting…and when u work out ..ur muscles need time to grow!..
over training may lead to depletion of muscles and stoppage of muscles growth..if u feel ur over training..
STOP FOR A WEEK RIGHT NOW!!

If you are not a bodybuilder, I would do full body work-outs three times a week. I read in a magazine that the more you work out large muscle groups in the same session, the more your body produces testosterone and HGH. Also, if you rest less between sets, the more testosterone and HGH your body produces.
