how many times per week do you workout and for how much time

and i mean some kind of physical activity, not sitting on the couch all day long

gotta work out at least 3 times a week in order to gain muscle mass

i stretch first, then do cardio for 20 min to warm up my body and get my heart pumpin then i work out everything above my hips monday, wednesday friday, and everything below my hips tuesday, thursday saturday….prolly takes an hour in total each day

i usually spend bout 30mins workout daily,u can probably start with jogging,cycling,..etc

Moving On @ 4:55 am:

6 days for me,
Monday I do a pump class 1hr
Tues I do 20 mins cardio then 1/2 hour with personal trainer
Wed I do 45 min cycle class
Thurs I do at least 30 mins cardio
Fri I either do my own thing or another class
Sat I do laps around my local track
and quite often at night I do a few kms around my local roads
