Easy, Lunges are excellent for flexibility and building your thighs and butt area… running up stairs a lot and hills will build endurance and strenghth… don't trip on the stairs when tired going down… Lunges will make you strong off the line too

squats and calf raises will help.. jumping rope is amazing.. about 500+ a day to see a difference though. dancing is a fun way to strengthen too!
