Work on seated rows to work your back. Similarly, try shoulder shrugs and the modified shrug where you lift the weight clear up to your chin height.
However, so much of clean is solid technique. If you can squat 420, you probably have the leg strength to do much more, it is a matter of figuring out the perfect technique. Keep working at it and have someone that is really explosive show you what you might be doing wrong. Good luck.

definitaly work on more of the shoulder and deltoids. it's the main body part men miss and they wonder why they don't see results. you use your shoulders just for about every exercise and building them will only improve just about everything. hope this helps=)
