High INTENSITY Cardio

Activities like sprinting is the best way to lower body fat without losing muscle. Try to find a interval training program involving sprinting.

Is it just podgy (fat tissue) or is it doming out as in turtle shell?

Being a powerlifter im sure you use a belt so in turn you TVA Muscle will be missing out a lot during your work out.

The main duty of the TVA is Compress so using that muscle more will shrink your stomach so much you will be shocked.

Interval train is 100 times better then going for a long run.

You can do this on any CV or outdoor workout.

Time is up to you and your cardio fitness start with 1min High intercity and 1 min Jog or walk for recovery.

This will help. Want to know more about the TVA let me know.

you need to do some long steady cardio, like 30 mins or more of riding a bike elliptical or jog, sprinting is good if you aren't powerlifting but if you are then it is only gonna breakdown your body more and if your like me when you do heavy weights you don't want to break down your body more because you've already taken it to the limit hope this helps

Lower calories slowly until you begin to lose overall weight. It's as simple as that. Cycle in some cardio if need be.
