Muscle Definition??
hey hey asked:
hey well i am a soccer player and i lift weights and i do not really want to be like REAL big and bulky. id rather have realy good muscle definition and real cut muscles instead of big huge muscles. what will make my muscles more cut?? my dad told me stretching oculd work some..? what about my abs. like i have being doing sit ups for like 2 years and you can see my muscles but they are kind of crooked. how can i mkae then more straight? please help! thanks!

well if your abs r crooked ive been reading and it says its because of your genetics. but u should do lots and lots of leg raises. if u dont no what that is search it on youtube
