In powerlifting, whats the difference between "shirt", "suit"and "raw" lifts?

shirt and suit = cheating. raw=lifting something unaided. ;-)

A shirt or suit is used to aid the lifter to achieve a higher lift total, while raw means not using any such device at all… eg if you can bench press 100 kilos without any suit or shirt then you should expect more when using a shirt or suit. this link has some info on bench shirts… a squat suit does similar things and then you get knee straps/wraps which also help the lifter lift more…
