my trainer says that the primary key to lowering one's body fat percentage is your daily caloric intake. eat well-balanced meals and exercise regularly and get enough sleep and drink plenty of water and still not lose the fat? it's in the number of calories you eat per day. also, giving up sugar helps A LOT. and this is any sucrose! read your nutrition info on your food — make sure there's no high fructose corn syrup! no sugar, no candy, no desserts, no honey, nothing! a month should be enough to notice results if you are very strict. you can calculate how many calories you are allowed per day on the internet.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
I remember watching a programme about bodybuilders. The guy on it ate nothing but rice cakes and fish. That was all. Every day 4-5 times. He did well in the competition though!
