does this workout plan sound effective?(please read)?
i want to get a flatter tummy and lose a little love handle chub and my little abdominal fat.
i know im not fat, im 5'3 and 106 pounds which is light for my height but im not going to lose weight i just want a more toned and nice looking body.
i was thinking this would be my weekly work out plan:
monday-30-45 minute walk throughout my neighborhood, a 20 minute ab work out (crunches,bicycle,oblique excersizes)
tuesday-30-45 minute jog/run, again the oblique and ab workouts.
wednesday-rest day
thursday-30 minute jog/run, 25 minute workout
friday-rest day
saturday-45 minute walk, 30 minute workout, and then a small workout at the end of whatever i feel needs work on.
sunday-45 minute walk, 10 minute workout of some-sort.
also i plan on eating more healthy because i know this workout would be useless if i ate like a piggy
also im often with friends on weekends so thats in its own way excersize
does this sound like a plan that would help me reach my goal? also how long would it take?

Yea, sounds great. Dont forget leg, butt and arm exercises. Take a before and after pic too

This plan sounds like it will help you reach your goal, as long as you eat healthily. I would say to walk every day though, even on your rest day. It takes off so much more unwanted fat than you would imagine, and its something easy to do, even when you are relaxing. Also, if you keep walking, even if you get off track for a few days and skip some of your excersizes, you will always do something everyday.
