Yes, Ive used everything. Creatine did work for me when I had reached a plateau. It retains water bulks you up. I did push extra weight after taken it, however it starts to be more difficult to swallow.

In addition I always felt kinda strange on it, not myself. Not in a bad way just strange.

I would only take it if you have reached hypertrophy with certain muscle groups. It would be beneficial for short term use.

Do research on the forums on bodybuilding.com. I'm using Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) right now and have used regular Creatine Monohydrate as well. I'd recommend Taking CEE along with protein and a multivitamin. It definitely helps and the CEE makes you retain less water since more of it is absorbed intoi the blood stream, leading to less bloat Monohydrate causes. The protein I use is by Optimum Nutrition and the CEE is by Higher Power. Just be careful, buy reputable stuff… it's not a steroid in any way and is completely safe, but still make sure you do your research and stop using it if you do notice any adverse affects.
