Creatine??

I purchased kre alkalyn creatine in pill form and i have some questions…
1. Take before or after workout?(the bottle says prior, so does that mean before or after?)
2. How long before or after?
3. How many pills should i take at once?(it says 1-2 but ill ask anyway)
4. should i take it on days i dont work out?
5. Does it give any extra pump before the workout(like N.O Xplode?)
please no answers saying "dont take creatine and just eat right and workout hard" please.

1) Take it before your workout Creatine is used in muscle cells to store energy for exercise.
2) I would take it probably 15 min or so before, this will allow the pill to break down and release during your workout.
3) You should take one at first and see how it effects you. If you feel like it is helping stick with one. If you feel you need more after a week or so bump it up to two. Like anything else as your body gets use to it it will help you less, so you may eventualy need to take more, but do research to see how much is too much, therefore harmful.\
4) Yes I would take it on days you do not work out.
5) It gives you an extra pump during working out.
