Creatine?

I want to get my muscles much bigger. I purchased kre alkalyn creatine in pill form and i have some questions…

1. Take before or after workout?(the bottle says prior, so does that mean before or after?)
2. How long before or after?
3. How many pills should i take at once?(it says 1-2 but ill ask anyway)
4. should i take it on days i dont work out?
5. How long does it take to see results?
6. Will the results last and will my muscles get bigger over time?

please no answers saying "dont take creatine and just eat right and workout hard" please.

it means before workout about one to 2 and about 10 minutes to 30 minutes before workout some pill it send take every day othere say only on workout days depends on what it saids. it take about a mojnth on average to start seeing reseults and it also depends on how hard you workout and when you decide to take breaks

The word "prior" means before. You should always follow the instructions on the bottle. Since it tells you to take 1-2 tablets before working out, then you should stick to taking no more than 2 and take them probably 10 minutes before working out. It is important to not take more than 2 because if you take more than the recommended dosage it might do damage to your liver or other organs. Do NOT take this on days that you do not work out…this is why the bottle tells you to take them "Prior" to working out. No one can tell you how long it will be before you see results. This is determined by how often you work out each week. The more often you work out, the quicker you will see results…but don't expect results to happen immediatly. It takes time to build muscle.

You can take it at anytime of the day, I take the powder form 5 grams.

and yes you should still take it on the days you don't work out.
Depending on the level at which you work out, body type, genetics, and etc,etc, you should start seeing results with in 6 weeks.

and your muscles wont get bigger, they will get fuller, hope that makes since to you.
