Alright, lifting take a set routine and time. Your only twelve so it might take longer cause your younger. Dont over do it our youll tear tendons in ur muscles because they are weaker at a young age. You cant lift an hour one day 10 minutes next day then an hour an a half. You need to lift the same time every day and for the same time. Do biceps and triceps monday. Tuesday do calfs, and quads and abs. Friday do back and chest. If you do everything every day it stessed out the muscles and you wont be able to lift as much. Just stick to that schedule. Do enough weight that on the last rep u can bearly do it aka fatiuge. do 3 sets of 8 reps. that will build muscle as long as you do it every day. Please email me back, when u say lifting 40 for dumbels do u mean curling or what? and 50 for bar bells? Pushups work ur arms chest and core so do 10 then 9 then 8 all the way down after every workout and ur arms will be ripped. Strong enough to carry all the ladies : )

First off, getting big doesn't happen overnight. It takes a lot of work. The reason that you might not be getting any bigger could have to do with the workout program you are following, or if you are not eating enough or not eating the right things. First, I suggest that you have a high calorie intake with lots of protein. Second, make sure you are following a consistent workout program, this is key! Make sure that you don't overwork any of your muscles, and make sure that your workouts are spread out far enough. Keep working! the results will come with time. Getting big doesn't happen overnight!
