Best Workout Program? Short and productive. Any ideas?
Retri Xcetia asked:
I need help from anyone who has a site or workout plan that is effective, but short. Most of the time when i workout i usually grow bored and my concentration, inspiration, and determination dulls. I wish not to workout, but theres a side of me that yearns to get fit and strong. But i hate that most of my workouts take so long. If any one has any program and workouts that are short and effective, i would really appreciate it….A LOT!!!! These workouts must target all muscles or the body (deltoids, trapezius, Lats, biceps, triceps, pecs, etc.) Please help anyone!!! I'm deperate to find an answer!!!!!!

get a short workout video. There are a lot of different ones to choose from. You can also get multiple dvds so that you can vary your workout.. because doing the same thing over and over, will make you more fit to a certain point.. then your body will get used to the workout and the workout wont be as effective.

Hear me now and believe me later—Tae Bo workout DVD's REALLY work! They have the 8 minute workout and a variety of other DVD's that target certain body areas, or the total body. It's fun. As soon as i come in from work, I just get to it. 15minutes later, I'm done. I do this 4-5 days a week and it's all I need.

Been working out for 8 years.
1. Be focused.
2. 45 - 60 minutes in length.
3. Attack all muscle areas and follow through on a circuit resting only to drink water.
4. Walk slowly to next exercise, for a BRIEF rest.
5. Drink water after every 2 - 3 sets.
6. Max out, but not to fatigue, at every station.
7. Eat green fruits and veggies, protein (natural, not powder) no carbs.
8. No beer, only neutral spirits and diet soft drinks to mix when you drink.

DDRMAX 2. (Dance Dance Revolution)
It has a WORKOUT option, where you enter your current weight - how much you want to loose and it tells you how many points you have to have to loose this amount of weight. (Example: Dream a Dream is 14 points and these points are a way to count calories.)
Of course, like all workouts, this should not be pressed, or you can hurt yourself.
Good Luck!

I completely feel you on this one. The only way I can work out is through Martial Arts. I hate running and lifting, and really hated it in the Marines. However, I love the intensive training involved in Martial Arts, and have been taking it since I was very young.
The workouts are an intensive mix of Cardiovascular and strength development. EVERY muscle in your body will be developed in the process. Meanwhile, it is entertaining, and generally educational, blending discipline, philosophy, and self defense.

You can easily set up a program where you are in the gym for 20-30 minutes. For examples
Monday - 5 sets of squats; 3 min between sets
Tuesday - 5 sets on flat bench (or incline, whatever you want) - 3 min between sets
Weds - 3 sets deadlifts, 4-5 minutes between sets + ab work
Thursday - superset 3-5 sets of some leg exercise and bicep curls
Friday - superset dumbell flies and a shoulder exercises.
Saturday - superset two back exercises + ab work.
Sunday - day off.
You're hitting your major muscle groups twice a week, but you won't be overtraining because the BIG lifts are only being performed once a week.

I have been working really hard to get a sexy body. I go to the gym every day, watch what I eat, but still could not get the body I wanted. That was until I found this body cleansing stuff. I was able to get the sexy body I wanted in 9 days. I did a 9 day cleanse and lost 10 pounds and 15 inches! This was GREAT! I had been working so hard for over a year to get this, and this program gave me what I wanted in 9 days. I found out that many body builders use this to get ready for competitions because the protein in the shakes builds muscle and the cleanse helps to get rid of the toxins stored in the fat cells. When the toxins are removed, the fat cells shrink and you definitely can tell in the way your clothes fit! I recommend this product for anyone wanting to get a better looking body quickly. I found out about it at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it is worth it! You can also get it at this website
