AST or Powerlifting?

I've done Max-OT, and now do a variation of it. I combined it with a 5×5 workout, and have had great results. Instead of doing just 2 to 3 sets of each exercise, I do 5 sets of 5 reps. I also don't change the weight between sets. I keep the same weight for all sets, and if I complete all 5 reps in all 5 sets, I increase the weight the next time I do that exercise. I also keep the Max-OT principle of doing each muscle group once a week, and hitting them hard.
My last workout was (I'm on my week off right now):
- Monday (legs): Leg Press, Leg Extensions, Seated Leg Curls, Seated Calf Raises
- Tuesday (arms): Curl Bar Curls, Dumbbell Curls, Lying Tricep Extensions, Overhead Dumbbell Extensions
- Wednesday (shoulder/traps): Military Press, Front Dumbbell Raises, Barbell Shrugs, Upright Rows
- Thursday (back): Pull-ups, Lat Pull-downs, Barbell Rows, Deadlifts, Hyperextensions
- Friday (chest/abs): Flys, Bench Press, Weighted Ab Crunches, Leg Raises
