The images conjured up when you mention women's body building are often flawed. When we speak of women's body building, we're not talking about beefed up women with huge muscles who resemble their male counterparts. No, women's body building is much more than that.

Body building for women means working out for fitness sculpting a tight, toned body. It means losing body fat and weight by working out with weights and performing a well-balanced cardio workout as well. It means taking good care of your body making it something you can really be proud of and show off.

Muscle Definition?

hey well i am a soccer player and i lift weights and i do not really want to be like REAL big and bulky. id rather have realy good muscle definition and real cut muscles instead of big huge muscles. what will make my muscles more cut?? my dad told me stretching oculd work some..? what about my abs. like i have being doing sit ups for like 2 years and you can see my muscles but they are kind of crooked. how can i mkae then more straight? please help! thanks!

Workout Problems?

I am trying to build my muscles as well as get a good cardio workout. However I am having problems. I try to lift weights, but usually what happens is that my muscles tire long before I manage to get in half an hour, say, of working out.

If I increase the weights, the workout will become shorter and I presume less effective for the heart. So how do I balance getting a good cardio workout with strength training? It takes me about five minutes to do 30 or so chest presses. How can I get a lengthy workout this way? Thanks in advance.
